It is time once again for the title of Glasgow Slam champion to be squabbled over. 16 poets, waspish and warm, funny and fierce, do battle in Blackfriars basement. £70 green Scots notes for the winner. £20 for second. £10 for third. Top seven scorers go through to the Scottish Slam Championships on Friday March 7. Serious prize money up for grabs there. £250 for the winner. £100 for second. £50 for third. £20 just for qualifying and turning up!
